Art Flags Australia is dedicated to providing quality products at reasonable prices. We sell only those products we like and give prompt and personal attention to our customers. Your inquiries are answered personally by Art Flags Australia and, if there are questions about your order, we will send you an e-mail or phone you to make sure it is correct before we complete your order. Pricing
Prices are in Australia dollars (A$)

All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Order Options
We offer a number of different ordering options:

Order Online
Order online through our Ebay Store. Your credit card transactions are secured through Paypal or you can make a direct deposit into our bank account.

Privacy
Any communication between Art Flags Australia and its clients is confidential and will not be passed on to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. We need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date so that we can process your order. We do not store this information on the internet.

We occasionally send out information on new products or promotions. If you don't wish to receive these mailouts, simply let us know by email. We will respect your privacy.

Shipping
We ship via Australia Post or Courier only to Australian addresses. On orders from outside Australia we will provide you with at least two delivery options and will hold the order until you approve it. In-stock flag orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of an order. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs and be sure to include your order number. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number if we need to contact you about your order.

Delivery Rates
$5 within Australia - ordinary mail - up to 3 flags

Cancellations
All order cancellations (via e-mail) must be received within 2 hours of order placement.

Returns & Refunds
Art Flags Australia is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Art Flags Australia unopened within 10 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

If a flag is returned at any time without the original packaging, or has been used, there will be no refund issued. Shipping charges to return products are your responsibility, however, we will reimburse you if the return or exchange is the result of our mistake.

To return products to Art Flags Australia, please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice with a copy of the invoice. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged, nor will we accept C.O.D.'s.

If you receive a product that is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us toll free on 1800 806 171 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
